Shaker Landing Condominiums

Shaker Landing Condominium Association (SLCA) is located on 700 feet of frontage of Lake Mascoma, Enfield, NH. The pristine waters of 1,158 acre Lake Mascoma provide a year-round backdrop for the 32 unit complex. Residents have direct access to the lake for swimming, sailing, motor boating, ice fishing and much more. There is immediate walking access to hiking trails on state lands. Also, less than a 10 minute bike ride to the Northern Rail Trail. The housing styles are single family duplex and triplex design.

SLCA was organized in 1985 under the laws of the State of NH. The Association is a registered NH not for profit organization, who's purpose is to maintain the condominium community common areas. The Community is a quiet residential area at the end of Landing Road served by NH Route 4A. The community is located on property that was part of the 3,000 acre Enfield Shaker Village (1793 - 1923). The Shaker Village Museum and the Great Stone Dwelling built by the Shakers is short walk away from the Community. LaSallette Shrine is located within walking distance. The community serves a diverse population as primary and secondary homes.

SLCA has easy access of 10 minutes to interstate I-89 with Concord, NH a short 1 hour drive South and Vermont only 20 minutes away. The Town of Enfield has a rural village atmosphere while enjoying the nearby amenities and services located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College, Hanover NH. The City of Lebanon, NH. and Town of Hanover, NH and White River Jct., VT are a short 20 minute drive from Shaker Landing.
