From what I understand the Town does not have an ordinance on work hours however the contract is 7am to 7pm.  The manhole set the other day on landing road did not go as planned.  It was wet and they had issues with the trench box settling.  This held them back a few hours.  They needed to get atleast one side of the manhole hooked up or they would of had to reexcavate both sides of the manhole again (12' depth) and would have been two more days of work. They decided to do this while the hole was already excavated to limit the additional work in that location to one day.  The one additional hour made more sense at the time.  They are losing daylight as we move into next month and have a short period of time to get the work done.  I will try to keep you updated as I get information on schedule from Kingsbury.  The work going up from lower landing road will take longer than expected due to ledge. They were unable to get it cored yesterday and will be getting it done this morning. They have elected to hammer this ledge as they progress up over the hill.
